某“三甲”医院2012年参麦注射液临床应用分析

Analysis the Application of Shenmai Injection in a 3A Hospital in 2012

目的:为参麦注射液的临床合理应用提供参考。方法:采用回顾性研究的方法,提取该院信息系统中2012年使用参麦注射液患者的信息,整理出适应证、用药频次、剂量、溶剂选择、配伍用药、疗程、不良反应等资料,分析参麦注射液临床应用的合理性、安全性。结果:共提取出3 308例患者信息。使用参麦注射液的患者平均年龄为60.83岁;有适应证用药率为95.80%;溶剂选择符合率为77.09%;配伍使用符合率为93.95%;超剂量使用1例、不良反应15例。结论:该院参麦注射液的应用存在与药品说明书规定的适应证、用法用量、溶剂选择、配伍使用不符现象,需进一步加强用药管理。

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for clinical application of Shenmai injection. METHODS： The information of pa- tients received Shcnmai injection in 2012 from the hospital information system in a 3A hospital was collected by retrospective study. The information was sorted out, including indications, medication frequency, dosage, solvent selection, compatibility, treatment course and adverse reactions, etc. The rationality and safety of Shenmai injection were analyzed. RESULTS： Information of totally 3 308 patients was collected. The average age of patients received Shenmai injection was 60.83 years; no drugs for indication rate was 95.80% ; accordance rate of solvent selection was 77.09% and compatibility rate was 93.95%. There was 1 case of excessive dose use and 15 cases of adverse reactions. CONCLUSIONS： The Shcnmai injection application in the 3A hospital fails to conform to the indications, usage and dosage, solvent selection, compatibility methods in drug instructions. The medication management should be further strengthened.
