摘要
对复合材料筒摩擦系数各向异性的影响因素进行试验研究,试验选取不同编织形式、不同树脂含量的玻璃纤维织物布,采用摩擦系数测试试验的方法对各影响因素进行分析。试验结果表明复合材料织物布的编织方式是造成摩擦系数各向异性的主要原因,随着树脂含量的增加,摩擦系数的各向异性逐渐减少,同时复合材料筒成型用模具的表面状态也对其摩擦系数各向异性有一定的影响。针对上述结论,开展复合材料筒摩擦试验,试验结果与各影响因素的影响规律一致。
The factors of the anisotropic friction of composite canister were studied, by the experiments of friction factors of composite fabrics, with different weaves and different resin content. The results show that the weaving methods of composite fabrics are the main reason of the anisotropic friction of composite canister, the differences decrease by the increases of the resin, and the surfaces of the canister-mould also have the influences on the anisotropic friction of composite canister. The friction experiments of different canister were implemented and the results testified the conclusion above.
