摘要 对芝麻油的脱色工艺进行研究,以满足注射用油的色泽要求。以脱胶、脱酸处理后的芝麻油为原料,首先对脱色剂进行筛选,在此基础上,考察混合脱色剂比例、脱色温度、脱色时间、脱色剂用量对注射用芝麻油脱色效果的影响,并采用响应面试验设计对注射用芝麻油的脱色工艺进行优化。所得最佳工艺条件为:硅藻土和活性白土混合比例为1∶4,脱色温度91℃,脱色时间21 min,脱色剂用量3.7%。此工艺下芝麻油的吸光度(450 nm)为0.039,脱色率达78.65%。脱色芝麻油除略带白土腥味,其他各项质量指标均达到注射用油标准。 The discoloring of sesame oil was studied to meet the color requirements of oil for injection. Refined sesame oil was used as raw material. Decolorising agents were screened firstly. On this basis, the effects of the mixing ratio of decolorising agents, decolorization temperature, decolorization time and the amount of decolorization agent on decolorization efficiency of sesame oil for injection were researched. The decolorising process of sesame oil for injection was optimized by response surface. The best conditions were mixing ratio of diatomaceous earth and activated clay of 1 : 4, decolorization temperature of 91 ℃, decolorization time of 21 min and decolorization dosage of 3.7%. Under the best conditions, absorbance (450 nm) of sesame oil was 0. 039, and the decolorization rate reached 78.65%. Except for the clay odour of decoloring sesame oil, another quality indexes reached the standards of oil for injection.
