摘要 为开发一套基于轮对加速度测量的高速车轮擦伤自动甄别监测系统,建立了旨在研究车轮踏面擦伤激励下轴箱加速度信号的单轮对高速滚动试验台。文章采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立了模拟上述试验台的三维高速滚动接触有限元模型,通过对比模拟与试验的轴箱加速度信号,完成了对有限元模型的验证,为进一步研究试验台无法实现的极端工况和建立动态接触力与轴箱加速度信号之间的关系提供了模拟手段。 A single wheelset high speed rolling test rig is built up to study the characteristics of the axle box acceleration (ABA) in the presence of wheel flat,with the ultimate goal of developing an on-board monitoring system for high speed trains based on the wheelset acceleration test. This paper develops a 3-D transient rolling contact finite element (FE) model with ANSYS/LS-DYNA to simulate the high speed running of the test rig. Through comparing the calculated ABAs to those collected from the rig,the FE model is validated. It provides a simulation tool for further investigating the extreme cases that cannot be simulated by the test rig, and investigating the relationship between the dynamic contact forces and the ABAs.
