摘要
文章设计了一种具有以太网接口的地铁列车MVB数据侦听装置。硬件由基于SOPC II的FPGA收发模块和TI的TM4C1294 ARM单片机组成,两者之间通过SPI方式连接,TM4C1294 ARM单片机通过以太网接口,以UDP协议发送数据至上位机;上位机应用c#语言编制数据接收程序,将MVB数据存储为数据文件。利用该装置在广州轨道交通三号线列车上进行了现车测试,能够实时获取列车MVB数据,实现了设计目标。后续进一步开发数据分析软件,即可进行列车技术状态分析、故障分析,为安全运行提供保障。
A kind of MVB data recorder with Ethernet interface of metro train is designed in this paper. The device consists of FPGA transceiver module that based on SPOC II,and TM4C1294 ARM module. They are connected with SPI interface. The TM4C1294 ARM module uploads data to upper monitor with Ethernet interface, based on UDP protocol. Using c# language , the data receiving program is programmed, and the MVB data is hold as data file. The device is used on vehicle test of Guangzhou Rail Transit Line 3 train. The result shows that the real- time MVB data can be got,and the design aim can be reached. Followed by the development of MVB data analysis software, the device will be used to analyse running state and fault of the vehicle, and provide security for safe operation.
