我国行政支出存在增建快、结构不好、效率低下、管理混乱等问题,而这些问题产生的原因在于行政支出的范畴模糊、预算过多、监督乏力、效率意识淡薄、法治水平低等。查问题找原因,目的是为寻找我国行政支出问题解决途径奠定理论基础。

With the development of economy and the transformation of governmental functions in recent years, the ad-ministrative expenditure in China has witnessed a rapid growing tendency, which not only increases the financial burden, but also results in a series of corruptions. The article aims to analyze the current state of the administrative expenditure in China and expound the common problems and corresponding reasons so as to establish a theoretical foundation for dealing with those problems.
