Cultivation of Ability and Quality of Art Entrepreneurs

创业已经成为了当今艺术专业学生毕业后甚至就读期间主流的就业实践方式,然而与当前的创业大势相比,艺术创业者自身的能力和素质不够却成为了企业长远发展的阻力。为了更好地引导艺术专业学生为创业做好充分准备,本文试图从创业者的自身素质与能力培养出发,给即将迈向创业道路的艺术专业大学生们提供了解自我、锻炼自我、提升自我的思路。

Entrepreneurship has become the mainstream occupation that contemporary students of art major take up after graduation or even during college years. Nonetheless, compared with the current big enterprising force, sometimes the inadequate ability and quality of art entrepreneurs can become a hindrance to the long-term development of the enterpri-ses. For the purpose of better preparing students of art major for starting business, this paper intends to start from cultivating quality and ability required for entrepreneurs, and provide some thinking on self-learning, self-exercising, and self-improving for students of art major who are about to embark on the road to entrepreneurship.
