In recent years, the police forces are lacked and restricted in the grass-roots public security organs and many auxiliary policemen are hired causing disputes on authority and consequences in law enforcement. The determination of the reasonable police personnel force number can promote the reasonable supplementary and conform to the actual needs. We can take the existing research results as bases in the research of the standard of the authorized personnel force, define the main factors which influence its determination, analysis its distribution and the calculation process for the mathematical model so as to find out the best solution for it.
