基于生态理念的滇东北湿地保护与合理利用研究

Study on the Protection and Rational Use of Wetland in Northeast Yunnan Based on the Ecological Philosophy

对滇东北地区有代表性的曲靖市沾益县西河湿地的区位、水资源、湿地资源、湿地动植物资源等条件进行了详细研究,在此基础上,提出了西河湿地保护与合理利用方案,在总体方案与功能分区的基础上给出了分区保护、恢复、宣教与合理利用的详细方案,并研究了其生态、经济与社会效益。

Yunnan province is very rich in wetland resource and biodiversity. It is also one of the important compo- nents of wetland in China. In recent years, Yunnan has taken multiple ways to protect and rationally use the wetlands. Especially the publish of the ＂Wetland protection ordinance in Yunnan province＂ was significant. In such context, a typical wetland called Xihe wetland in the northeast of Yunnan province has been investigated in respects of location, water resource, wetland resource, animal, and plant resources. The protection and rational use plan has been schemed. Furthermore, the detailed protection, restoration and education plan in different zones were given. The benefits in terms of ecology, economy and society have been summarized.
