摘要 以某重金属污染场地样品为例,比较重金属总量分析ICP-MS方法和Tessier五步提取法的差异,在进行健康风险评估的基础上,探讨在污染场地评估中重金属分析方法的使用。结果表明:重金属以不同形态存在于土壤中,且对总量浓度均有贡献,在高背景值的场地,可以选取形态分析结果作为风险评估的参考。 Samples from a metal - contaminated land was analysed by ICP - MS analysis and Tessie extraction pro- cedures. The heavy metal analysis of a contaminated site was studied based on the health risk assessment, which provided the scientific evidence for management and the control of the contaminated site. The results showed that heavy metal existed as different morphologies in the soil and contributed the total amount of the heavy metals. Therefore, the morphology analysis could be used as the reference of risk assessment for the site with a high back ground value.
