摘要
建立了液相色谱串联质谱法对污染土壤中的高氯酸盐含量测定的数学模型,分析测定结果不确定度的来源,计算各个不确定度分量并合成标准不确定度,求得污染土壤中高氯酸盐含量为2.22ng/g时,扩展不确定度为0.091 ng/g,不确定度的主要影响因素是标准溶液的配制过程。
A mathematic model for the determination ofperchlorateinin polluted soil by Liquid Chromatography Tan- dem Mass Spectrometrywas established. The uncertainty sources of test were analyzed. The component uncertainties and the combined standard uncertainty were calculated, respectively, The expanded uncertainty was calculated as 0. 091ng/g while the perchloratein polluted soil was 2. 22ng/g. The preparation of standard solutions caused the most effects to the uncertainty.
