摘要
分析了电机工作原理及控制流程,设计了基于三菱FX2N系列PLC的电机型式测试控制系统。该控制系统由晶闸管整流设备供电,通过直流电参数测量仪及测功机控制器,可以实时对电机的各项型式参数进行测试。该控制系统可在手动和自动间进行切换,极大地提高了电机的生产效率和生产质量。
Through analyzing the working principle and control flow of motor, Design motor type testing Control System based on Mitsubishi PLC of FX2N serial the control system was powered by silicon controlled rectifier equipment and could observe the test parameters of ramming motor in real-time by DC measurement instrument and dynamometer controller. The control system could switch between manual and automatic, which greatly improved the production efficiency and quality of motor.
