十二指肠乳头神经内分泌癌的临床研究

Clinical research on neuroendocrine carcinoma of the ampulla of Vater

目的探讨十二指肠乳头神经内分泌癌的临床诊断和治疗。方法 1例反复腹痛的34岁男性患者,经胃镜、超声胃镜及外科手术确诊为十二指肠乳头神经内分泌癌。行胰十二指肠切除术治疗。结果患者术后无腹痛症状,术后2周出院。结论胃镜及超声胃镜引导下穿刺活检不能明确诊断时,可通过术中快速冰冻病理明确诊断,手术是治疗十二指肠乳头神经内分泌癌的有效方法。

Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of duodenal papilla neuroendo- crine carcinoma. Method A 34-year-old man was admitted to our hospital complaining of recurrent abdominal pain. Diagnosis was confirmed by Gastroscopy, EUS and surgery. Pancreatoduodenectomy was performed. Results No further abdominal pain was observed after the surgery, and the patient was discharged two weeks after operation. Conclusions When diagnosis can＇t be eonfirmed by Gastroscopy and EUS, intraoperative rapid frozen pathological diagnosis is needed, and operation is an effective method for treatment of duodenal papilla neuroendocrine carcinoma.
