摘要
调查海口市综合性医院临床护理人员的职业压力与心理健康的相关性。方法:通过与海口市七家综合性医院合作,向护理人员发放问卷进行职业压力与心理健康调查,所获得数据录入SPSS11.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:(1)886名护士普遍存在不同程度的职业压力及心理健康问题,二者成正相关(r=0.418,P〈0.01);②护理人员的职业压力与其年龄、编制、学历、职称等相关(P〈0.05)。结论:海口市临床护士的职业压力现象比较严重;管理者应采取有力措施帮助护士减轻压力及采取积极应对方式,以促进其身心健康。
Objectives: To explore the relationship between the occupational stress and mental health of clinical nurses in Haikou comprehensive hospital. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted in seven Haikou comprehensive hospital. The data were input into the SPSS 11.0 for statistis analysis. Results: (1)The occupational stress and mental health problems of different levels were being general , which was a positive correlation (r=0.418, P〈0.01). (2)The clinical nurse occupational stress was positively related to the nursing staff of different ages, degree and labor relashions(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Occupation stress and mental health of nursing staff exsited generally in Haikou comprehensive hospital , which was a problem could not be ignored. Therefore the managers should take effective measures to help nursing staffreduce stress, in order to promote their physical and mentaI health.
