电针夹脊穴配合头针治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Electroacupuncture JiaJi Acupoint Therapy Combined with Scalp Acupuncture for Generalized Anxiety Disorder

目的:探讨电针夹脊穴配合头针对广泛性焦虑症的治疗作用与针刺传统穴位以及西药对广泛性焦虑症治疗作用的对比。方法:将90例广泛性焦虑症的患者随机分为电针夹脊穴配合头针治疗组(A组)、电针传统穴位配合头针组(B组)和西药组(C组),治疗后观察疗效。结果:治疗后3组患者焦虑程度均较治疗前减轻,但电针夹脊穴配合头针治疗组的总有效率优于电针传统穴位配合头针组和西药组,且差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针夹脊穴配合头针治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效优于电针传统穴位配合头针和西药治疗。

This paper discusses the comparison among the effect of electroacupuncture Jiaji acupoint therapy combined with scalp acupuncture on the generalized anxiety disorder,the effect of traditional acupuncture thera-py combined with scalp acupuncture on the generalized anxiety disorder and the effect of western medicine on the generalized anxiety disorder.The results show that the effect of electroacupuncture JiaJi acupoint therapy combined with scalp acupuncture on generalized anxiety disorder is better than traditional acupuncture therapy combined with scalp acupuncture and western medicine.
