Research Progress of Acupuncture Treatment for Functional Constipation

对近5年来文献中有关针灸治疗功能性便秘的相关研究进行系统回顾和总结。重点对功能性便秘流行病学、发病因素、发病机制、针灸对FC的实验研究和临床研究及临床研究中出现的问题以及试验设计方案等进行总结和梳理,并针对发现的问题提出建议,以期为以后临床研究和应用提供参考。

This paper reviews and summarizes the literatures about acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for functional constipation in recent 5 years,especially focusing on epidemiology of functional constipation, risk fac-tors, pathogenesis, acupuncture treatment and the clinical study of FC, and the problems in clinical research and the experimental design and so on.The paper aims to provide reference for the clinical research and applica-tion in the future.
