针刺治疗脑梗死后轻度认知障碍的研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Acupuncture Treatment for Mild Cognitive Impairment after Cerebral Infarction

脑梗死患者在临床上可出现严重的运动功能障碍,也会出现认知障碍,如记忆力减退、痴呆等,随着针刺在有效治疗脑梗死后轻度认知障碍领域的发展,关于此方面的实验也层出不穷。本研究以相关实验的研究对照方法为出发点,对近6年的相关实验进行分组总结以进一步认识针刺治疗脑梗死后轻度认知障碍临床实验的研究进展及存在的问题。近6年的实验研究多以针刺不同方式的对照、针刺与西药的对照及针药结合与西药的对照研究方式为主。认真分析与研究针刺治疗脑梗死后轻度认知障碍的临床研究方法,对于该类实验及针刺在该领域的发展具有一定的意义。

The clinical manifestations of cerebral infarction include severe motor dysfunction and cognitive im-pairment like memory loss,dementia and so on.With the development of acupuncture treatment for mild cogni-tive impairment after cerebral infarction,there are lots of experiments about it.The study is on the point of the control methods and groups them to show the progress and problems.Comparing acupuncture, comparing acu-puncture and western medicine and comparing acupuncture combined with medicine and western medicine are the main control methods of the experiments during recent six years.Analysis and study on the methods of clini-cal research have an important significance for the development of the experiments and the acupuncture about it.
