曲衍海动态取穴法治疗腹痛的临床疗效观察

Curative Effect on Abdominal Pain by Dynamic Point Location Method from QU Yan-hai

目的:观察曲衍海动态取穴法对腹痛针刺的临床疗效。方法:选择以腹痛为主症的患者164例,随机分为研究组与对照组各82例。在辨证基础上,对照组采用常规分寸取穴法,直接取相关腧穴针刺;研究组采用曲衍海动态取穴法,即分别以各相关腧穴为基础循经按压,取压痛最敏感点针刺。每日治疗1次,每次30min,中间行针2次,观察治疗≤14天,比较两种取穴方法的临床效果。结果:研究组与对照组愈显率分别为93.1%和58.6%,研究组优于对照组(P<0.01);研究组与对照组总有效率分别为100%和97.6%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:曲衍海动态取穴法对腹痛的针刺治疗效果更为显著。

Objective：To observe the curative effect on abdominal pain by dynamic point location method from QU Yan-hai.Methods：164 patients with abdominal pain were enrolled in the experiment.They were divided into a treatment group and a control group evenly.Based on syndrome differentiation,the control group adopted the conventional point location method, acupuncturing the related points directly, and the treatment group a-dopted dynamic point location method from QU Yan-hai,first locating the point by the conventional point lo-cation method, then pressing along the channel nearby the points, puncturing into the most tender points.Pa-tients in both groups were punctured with the same conventional techniques retaining the needles for 30 mi-nutes every day.During the needle retaining period, manipulate the needles twice.Observation duration was less than 14 days.Results：The curative and markedly effective rates in the treatment group and control group were 93.1% and 58.6% respectively.There was a significant difference between two groups （ P 〈0.01 ） . Meanwhile, the total effective rates in the treatment group and control group were 100%and 97.6% respec-tively.There was no significant difference between two groups（ P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Effect on abdominal pain by dynamic point location method from QU Yan-hai is obviously better than that by conventional meth-od.
