补肾益气中药辅助用于缓解期肺源性心脏病的疗效研究

Effect of Chinese Medicine of Tonifying Kidney and Qi on Relieving Pulmonary Heart Disease in the Remission Stage

目的:探讨补肾益气中药辅助治疗缓解期肺源性心脏病的临床效果。方法:符合纳入标准的缓解期肺源性心脏病患者75例随机分为对照组(37例)和观察组(38例),分别给予常规治疗和常规治疗联合补肾益气中药治疗。观察两组的圣乔治呼吸疾病问卷(SGRQ)评分和治疗效果以及脑纳肽(BNP)浓度和心脏三维彩超检测结果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,观察组治疗后的SGRQ评分和BNP浓度以及心脏三维彩超检测结果均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:在常规西药治疗的基础上联合补肾益气中药辅助治疗缓解期肺源性心脏病可以获得良好的临床效果。

Objective：To explore the effect of Chinese medicine of tonifying kidney and Qi in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease in the remission stage.Methods：75 cases with pulmonary heart disease in the remis-sion stage in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 were selected,and were divided into a con-trol group （37 cases） and an observation group （38 cases） ,and were given conventional therapy and routine therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine of tonifying kidney and Qi.The St George＆#39;s respiratory dis-ease questionnaire （ SGRQ） score and treatment effect and brain natriuretic peptide （ BNP） concentration and heart three-dimensional color Doppler detection results in two groups were observed.Results：The total effec-tive rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and in the observation group after treatment the SGRQ score and the concentration of BNP and the heart of three dimensional color Doppler detection results were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：On the basis of routine western medicine Chinese medicine of toni-fying kidney and Qi for patients with pulmonary heart disease in the remission stage can obtain a good clinical effect.
