Metoidioplasty术在女性易性症变性手术中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 阴茎再造术是女变男变性手术的关键,目前阴茎再造的方法有皮管法、游离皮瓣法、带血管蒂皮瓣法等,但均存在需多期手术、住院周期长、手术复杂、瘢痕明显、并发症高、花费大等问题[1-3],部分患者由于以上原因仅愿意接受子宫及附件切除术,甚至放弃手术变性[3].2002年1月至2004年10月,我们共接诊32例女性易性症患者,并对其中的7例采用Metoidioplasty术（阴蒂阴茎化手术）治疗,效果良好.
