男性不育症的染色体畸变与生殖激素水平 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨不育患者生殖激素水平FSH、LH、PRL、T、E2与染色体畸变及精子密度之间的关系。方法对2007年1月-2014年3月到我院就诊的2178例不育症患者,检测并分析不育症症患者的染色体核型以及血清生殖激素水平。结果 2178例男性不育患者中有270例染色体核型异常,染色体异常检出率为12.39%。270例染色体核型异常者中性染色体数目异常180例,占总异常的66.67%;性反转有8例,占2.9%;常染色体异常核型82例,占30.37%。少精子组与正常对照组的的FSH,T,LH,PRL和E2均无明显差异,与正常对照组比较,无精子组的FSH和LH明显升高(P<0.01),E2降低(P<0.05)。精液质量与性激素FSH、LH、T密切相关,与PRL、E2无明显关系。与正常对照组比较,常染色体异常组的FSH,T,LH,PRL和E2均无明显差异.性染色体异常组的FSH和LH均明显升高(P<0.01),E2明显降低(P<0.01)性染色体异常与性激素FSH、LH呈正相关,与T呈负相关;常染色体异常无影响。结论无精子症与性染色体异常和性激素改变密切相关,男性不育无精子症患者常规做染色体检查和性激素水平检测是必要的,对确定其是否有治疗价值提供重要依据。 Objectyive: To study the correlation between reproductive hormon FSH, LH, PRL, T, E2 and chromosome aberrations, sperm density. Methods. Methods: To test and analyze Chromosome and reproduction hormone level of patients with azoospermia. Results: The total number of abnormal chromosomes is 270 cases (12.39%) . The number of abnormal sex chromosomes is 180 cases, accounting for 66.67% of the total abnormal chromosomes, while the number of abnormal euchromosomes is 82, accounting for 30.37%.FSH and LH in azoospermia significantly higher than that in normal semen (P〈0.01) , T was lower (P〈0.05) , but E2 and RPL did not alter significantly (P〉0.05) .FSH and LH in sexual chromosome aberration group significantly higher than that in normal semen (P〈0.01) , T was significantly lower (P〈0.01) . The relationship between sex chromosome abnormality and sex hormone changes is: sex chromosome abnormalities is positively correlated with FSH and LH, while negatively correlated with T. Conclusion: It is necessary for infertility patientsto take routine chromosome tests. This will provide important reference for treatment.
