镶嵌技术治疗新生儿左心发育不良综合征1例

摘要 患婴 男,出生后5天,体质量2.5 kg.其母孕8个月产检时胎儿超声心动图及磁共振检查即诊断为左心发育不良综合征.患婴出生后出现吐沫、抽搐,全身黄染明显,无发绀和缺氧发作.超声心动图及心脏CT血管造影提示：左心室发育不良;二尖瓣发育不良,瓣环4 mm;主动脉瓣接近闭锁,升主动脉2.6 mm;肺动脉扩张,总干12 mm;房间隔缺损（ASD）8 mm;动脉导管未闭（PDA）4 mm.
