中性粒细胞CD64指数在淋巴瘤患者化疗后合并细菌感染早期诊断中的价值

Early diagnostic value of neutrophil CD64 index in lymphoma patients with bacterial infection after chemotherapy

目的评价中性粒细胞CD64指数在淋巴瘤患者化疗后合并细菌感染中检测及早期诊断的价值。方法选取106例淋巴瘤患者,根据临床症状、体征和微生物学检测结果分为细菌感染组(51例)和非细菌感染组(55例),健康对照组30例,应用流式细胞仪检测中性粒细胞表面CD64指数,同时检测血清C反应蛋白和白细胞数(WBC)。结果化疗后合并细菌感染的淋巴瘤患者组CD64指数显著高于非感染组及健康对照组,差异均具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。通过ROC曲线分析,CD64指数对化疗后合并细菌感染的诊断优于CRP和WBC计数。结论 CD64指数可作为淋巴瘤化疗后合并细菌感染的早期诊断、鉴别诊断的指标,指导抗菌药物应用。

Objective To explore the early diagnosis value of neutrophil CD 64 index in lym-phoma patients with infection after chemotherapy .Methods One hundred and six patients with lymphoma were divided into infection group （ n=51 ） and un-infection group （ n=55 ） ac-cording to symptoms and microbiological test results , and 30 healthy person were as control . Levels of CD64, CRP and WBC were measured .Results Expressions of CD64 in infection group were higher than those in control group （ P〈0.05 ） .ROC curve showed that CD 64 index was superior to CRP and WBC in diagnosis of infection of lymphoma patients after chemothera-py.Conclusion The CD64 index can be used as a marker of early diagnosis and differential diagnosis in lymphoma patients after chemotherapy complicated with infection , and guide the application of anti-bacterial drugs .
