摘要
针对北京地铁昌平线城轨车辆轮对踏面剥离故障,通过对电制动与空气制动防滑数据的详细分析,发现防滑控制系统电制动滑行状态判断缺陷,提出优化、完善滑行判断条件的措施。由此得出城轨车辆防滑控制要同时结合减速度与速度差进行滑行状态检测,防滑时首先实施电制动防滑控制,失效时切除电制动,由空气制动防滑控制系统进行防滑控制。改进后的昌平线防滑控制系统运行正常,没有再出现由于滑行状态判断不良导致车轮抱死踏面擦伤的现象。
In view of the wheelset tread peeling fault in the urban rail vehicle of the Beijing Subway Changping Line,based on the a detailed analysis on the electric brake & air brake skid prevention data,the paper detects a defect in electric brake sliding state judgment of the antiskid control system,putting forward corrective measures to optimize and improve the sliding judgment conditions. The paper thus concludes that the antiskid control of urban rail vehicles shall combine deceleration and speed difference when testing the sliding state. During antiskid control, it shall firstly adopt electric braking. The electric braking shall be removed when it becomes invalid. Then the air brake antiskid control system shall be adopted for antiskid control. The improved antiskid control system for the Changping Line operates regularly,with neither wheel lock nor tread flat sliding due to poor sliding state judgment occurring any more.
