摘要
患者男性，15岁。因左眼视力较差并渐进性加重1个月，于2012年2月22日来第四军医大学附属西京医院眼科就诊。患者自幼左眼视力较差，曾于当地医院检查发现“屈光不正”，但矫正视力提高不明显，未戴镜治疗。2011年2月在体检时发现左眼视力极差，在当地医院检查被诊断为“左眼先天性白内障”。
