红细胞分布宽度与心血管疾病的研究进展被引量：18

摘要红细胞（red blood cell,RBC）分布宽度（red blood cell distribution width,RDW）是对RBC异质性定量检测的一个客观指标,反映的是RBC体积变化的不均一性,通常用于贫血的鉴别诊断[1].近年来研究发现RDW与心血管事件相关,是各种急性和慢性心血管疾病强预测指标,也是独立预测心血管疾病预后的新指标.如RDW的变化是心力衰竭（心衰）患者治疗后长期预后不佳的强预测因素[2].其机制可能与RBC的可变形性相关,RDW增加,RBC的可变形性降低,使得微循环血流通过受损,进而导致缺氧,有助于解释RDW增加和心血管疾病间的相关性[1].
