采用20 D锦纶长丝设计生产出小提花织物。文中较为详细地介绍了有关产品的设计与生产工艺。重点对有关产品生产中的关键技术,如整经、浆丝及织造等工序的工艺参数选取与技术措施作了详细介绍,供广大同仁参考。
A mini-jacquard fabric is designed and manufactured with 20 D polyamide filament. The paper introduces in detail the designing and production process of this fabric by highlighting key technologies such as the selection of process parameters and relevant technical measures for the warping, sizing and weaving steps.
