This paper introduced the development history of digital ink-jet printing technology in China, summarized the opinions and evaluation on the technology from industry experts, as well as existing problems. Regarding the problems frequently encountered in the digital printing, some solutions were put forward. Finally, some suggestions on the development of the technology were also offered.
