轮速传感器测试台架简析

Study on the Test Bench of Wheel Speed Sensor

针对轮速传感器台架的测试功能要求,在原理分析的基础上,介绍了测试台架的两大组成部分,并分别对各部分的各功能单元进行选型计算和设计理念,最后分别对主动式轮速传感器和被动式轮速传感器进行台架调试,得出到测试台架的完整组成过程.

In this paper, regarding to wheel speed sensor function requirement, based on the principle of current wide used sensor, the test bench components of wheel speed sensor were introduced.And for each part, every step of spare parts selection and design method was introduced.For active wheel speed sensor and passive wheel speed sensor, the debugging steps for the test bench were given.Finally, the whole process to install a test bench was gotten.
