一种悬浮转子电动机的设计

摘要 介绍了一种悬浮转子电动机的专利设计,该设计包括设置在转轴上的转子和设置在所述转轴两端用于枢接所述转轴的环形支座,所述转轴两端的周向上均匀设置有至少两个扇形凸台,所述凸台在所述转轴的径向上开有通气腔体,所述通气腔体由一泵气装置提供气压,设计的电动机利用凸台内的通气腔体内的高于大气压的气体,使所述凸台脱离所述环形支座,使转轴类似气垫船悬浮起来,使电动机不使用润滑剂,解决磨损的问题和润滑剂劣化的问题. This utility model provided a suspended rotor motor, comprising a rotor provided on a shaft and annular ledges provided on the two ends of the shaft for pivot joint with the shaft.The circumference of the two ends of the shaft was provided with at least two sector bosses uniformly, which are provided with ventilation cavi-ties on the radial direction of the shaft.The ventilation cavity was provided with air pressure by a pump device. The present utility model makes the boss break away from the annular ledge making use of the gases higher than the atmospheric pressure in the ventilation cavity of the boss to suspend the shaft like a hovercraft so that the electromotor may not use lubricant and the problems of abrasion and the degradation of lubricant will be solved.
