农民专业合作组织成员投资意愿的实证研究

Empirical Study on Members Investment Willingness of Peasant's Professional Cooperations

农民专业合作组织作为一种新的农村经济组织极大地提高了农民的组织化程度,降低了农业经营成本,提高了农民的市场竞争力。然而,融资困难却限制了合作组织的进一步发展。以组织中"人"的因素为研究对象,对山西三个地区农民专业合作组织进行问卷调查,采用Logistic回归模型深入分析了影响组织成员投资意愿的主要因素。研究表明:成员的受教育程度、家庭成员数、中介商的介入、通过合作组织销售农产品之比、银行融资、农户联合担保筹资、对合作组织的评价、对提高农户收入的帮助评价以及对组织管理效率的认可度、对农产品销售、对员工的培训、对合作组织的信任是影响农民对于合作组织投资意愿的重要因素。其中,受教育程度、中介商的介入、银行融资、对合作组织的评价及对提高农户收入的帮助评价、对组织管理效率的认可度均与其投资意愿呈正相关关系。相反,家庭成员数、合作组织销售农产品之比与其投资意愿呈负相关关系。

As a new rural economic organizations, farmers specialized cooperative organizations have greatly im-proved the degree of organization of farmers, reduced agricultural costs and improved farmers’ market competitive-ness.However,the financing difficulties limit the further development of farmer specialized cooperative organiza-tions.Taking the human factor of organization as the research object and designing the questionnaire survey to three areas of Shanxi, the paper analyzes the impact factors of organizational members’ investment willingness by using Logistic regression model.The results show that education, the number of family members,agency’ s involvement, the ratio of sales on agricultural products, banks,farmers’ s joint guarantee financing,farmers’ s evaluation on coop-erative organizations and improve the income, the recognition of the organization and management efficiency, as well as training for staff of cooperative organizations trust for cooperative organizations of farmers’ willingness to in-vest significant factors.The positive correlation are education, intermediaries, banks, evaluation of cooperative or-ganizations, the raise of farmersˊincome and the recognition on the organization and management efficiency.In con-trast, the number of family and the ratio of sales on agricultural products showed a negative correlation.At last, the article puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
