浅谈空气锤在煤液化催化剂制备中的应用

本文主要介绍了煤直接液化"863催化剂"部分工艺流程,讨论空气锤在各个工段的应用,从空气锤的原理,在使用过程中的注意事项,敲击的频次以及常见故障等等多方面入手,讨论空气锤对工艺流程的重要性,防止物料堵塞,通过合理优化改进,达到延长气锤使用寿命、减少检修成本、提高装置运营能力、增加煤直接液化盈利的目的。为以后相近工艺奠定基础,提高利用率,起到相互学习、指导作用。

This paper mainly introduces the direct coal liquefaction processes ＂863 catalyst＂, discusses the application of air hammer in each section, from the principle of air hammer, matters needing attention in the use process. The percussion frequency and common fault and so on many aspects, discuss the importance of air hammer on the process, pzevent the blockage of materials through reasonable optimization, improvement, prolong the service life of air hammer, reduce maintenance cost, improve the device operation ability, increase coal direct liquefaction profit. To lay the foundation for the later similar process, improve the utilization rate, to play a guiding role of learnlng from each other.
