Operation Problems and Optimization of TSA System in COG-to-LNG Plant

简要介绍了焦炉煤气制LNG技术现状,详细描述了中海油山东新能源有限公司菏泽焦炉尾气制LNG装置运行过程中TSA(变温吸附)系统存在的问题;根据生产实践,针对TSA系统存在的吸附塔压力波动、吸附剂寿命缩短等问题,提出相应的整改措施,改善了TSA装置的运行效果,对其他同类装置具有重要的借鉴意义。

The process technologies of COG（coke oven gas） to LNG were presented in this paper, and the COG -to -LNG plant of CNOOC Shandong New Energy Co. , Ltd. , was described. The operation problems of TSA （ temperature swing adsorption） system in COG - to - LNG plant were summarized and their countermeasures were put forward. Results indicated that the reliability of TSA system was enhanced with optimal operation, and it was helpful to other similar plants.
