摘要
粘胶纤维酸浴多级闪蒸装置流程长、设备多,运行参数高达一百多个,热平衡计算复杂繁琐。研究中分析了11级闪蒸的流程及计算过程,合理设定了计算参数,以末级蒸发量推算11级闪蒸的总蒸发量,引入热容量参数,各级闪蒸二次蒸气的气化潜热和焓值按沸点温度下对应的饱和蒸气取值,核算了11级闪蒸的物料衡算、热量衡算。优化后的酸浴多级闪蒸热平衡计算方法,步骤简化,数值精确可靠,对闪蒸装置的研究、设计和升级具有重要的应用价值。
The multi - stage flash device of viscose fiber acid bath had the long process, more equipments, and its operating parameters could high up to more than one hundred, which lead to the complication in heat balance calculation. The process and calculation procedure of 11 stage flash were analyzed, and the calculated parameters were set reasonably in our study. In which the last stage evaporation capacity was used to calculate the total evaporation capacity of 11 stage flash, the heat capacity parameters were introduced, the gasification latent heat and enthalpy of all stages of flash two steam were taken by saturated steams corresponding to the boiling temperatures, and the material balance and heat balance of 11 stage flash were accounted. The optimized calculation method of heat balance on multi - stage flash was simplified and reliabled, and it could he used to adjust the operation parameters conveniently in industrial production. It possessed important application value for the research, design and upgrade of the flash device.
