摘要
从教学的计划、内容、方法以及考核方式等各方面介绍了微生物学课程体系的改进以及具体实施措施,利用验证性、示范性的相关实验来设计综合性实验,通过学生自己独立操作掌握专业技能,培养科研素养以及分析、解决问题的能力。经过几年的课堂实践,能提高学生的专业技能、科研素质和课程教学质量。
The improvement and the specific implementation of measures in the Microbiology course system are introduced from the teaching plan, content, method and examination method and so on various aspects. The student designs comprehensive experiments to use the confirmatory, the demonstration of the related experiment, and to master professional skills by students themselves independent operation cultivate scientific literacy and the ability for analyzing and solving problems. After years of classroom practice, these measures can improve the students' professional skills and quality of scientific research and teaching quality.
