摘要 对长庆油田油污土壤进行了外加电场对微生物降解石油污染土壤影响的实验,实验表明,采用电动-微生物处理石油污染土壤降油率为普通微生物处理的2倍,大大提高了处理效率,缩短石油污染土壤修复时间。供试的2种微生物菌种最适合作用的电场强度为100 V/m,在此电场强度作用下,微生物的生长繁殖能够得到促进,菌体数量最大,达到最大菌数所需要的时间最短。在电场强度为50 V/m时,对供试菌种有一定的抑制作用,而100-200 V/m的电场强度处理微生物数量明显增高。表明低电场强度抑制微生物生长,较高电场强度促进微生物生长。 An experiment of the applied electric field effects on the microbial degradation of petroleum contaminated soil has been carried on the Changqing oil polluted field. The result showed that the soil drop rate of electric - microbes was twice faster than common microbial treatment which greatly improving the processing efficiency and shorten the time to petroleum contaminated soil. The best effect of electric field intensity for the two microbial strains is 100V/m. Under this electric intensity, the growth of microorganisms can be enhanced , the number of bacteria can be maximum and shorten the time to achieve maximum. When the electric field intensity is 50V/m, the test strains has certain inhibition and 100V/m to 200V/ m of the electric field intensity microbial quantity is obviously increased. It showed that low field intensity in habiting microbial growth, higher field strength while promoting the growth of microorganisms.
