摘要
以一台石油焦与煤混烧260t/h的循环流化锅炉为对象,进行了炉内脱硫性能试验,分析了焦煤配比、Ca/S物质的量比、床温、石灰石粒径、飞灰再循环系统等对锅炉炉内脱硫效果的影响。试验表明,该锅炉控制床温在850-900℃,Ca/S比为2.4-3.2,石灰石中位径0.5mm,脱硫效率较高;投用飞灰再循环系统能够有效降低SO2排放浓度。
The desulfurization test was made in a 260t/h circulating fluldized boiler which burning coal mixed with petrocoke , it analyzed the influence of the ratio of petrccoke and coal, Ca/S ratio, bed temperature, particle size of limestone, fly ash recirculation system. The experiment showed that if the boiler control bed temperature at 850 - 900 ℃, Ca/S ratio was 2.4 -3.2, the limestone median diameter was 0.5 mm, the desulfurization efficiency was higher; it can effectively reduce the S02 emissions when the fly ash recirculation system was running.
