摘要
铁路轴承对残磁的要求较为严格,分析轴承滚子残磁的来源和危害,针对当前滚子加工工序间退磁存在的问题,通过改用不同的退磁机、改进退磁机机构,有效控制了滚子的残磁量,达到了技术要求。
The railway bearings have strict requirements about residual magnetism.The sources and hazards of residual magnetism of rollers for bearings are analyzed.Aiming at current problems about demagnetization during manufacturing processes for rollers,the residual magnetism amount of rollers is effectively controlled and the technical requirements are met by using different demagnetizers and improving structure of demagnetizers.
