摘要
针对滚动轴承常见的麻点和剥落现象,从润滑剂、原材料纯净度、热处理、加工应力及变质层等方面,对铁路货车双列圆锥滚子轴承产生接触疲劳的原因和机理进行分析研究,并提出了相应的控制措施。
Aiming at common pitting and spalling phenomenon about rolling bearing,the reason and mechanism for contact fatigue of double row tapered roller bearings for railway freight are analyzed and studied from the aspects of lu-bricant,purity of raw material,heat treatment,machining stress and degenerating layer.The corresponding control measures are put forward.
