摘要
目的:探讨大鼠脑出血(ICH)后脑组织中配对免疫球蛋白样受体B(Pir B)的动态变化。方法:将大鼠分为实验组和对照组,在脑立体定向仪下采用自体动脉血注入尾状核法制备ICH模型。用RT-PCR及Western blot法检测大鼠脑组织Pir B的表达。结果:实验组大鼠脑组织Pir B表达较对照组明显上调(P<0.01)。结论:Pir B参与了大鼠ICH后病灶周围神经元凋亡过程,可能与神经再生和功能恢复的抑制作用有关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of paired immunoglobulin-like receptor-B (PirB) in intracerebral haemorrhage (ICH) tissue of rat. Methods :The rats were randomly divided into the experimantal group and control group. The ICH rat model was established by injecting itself artery blood under brain stereotaxic appartatus. The PirB expressions in rat brain were detected using RT- PCR and Western blot. Results: Comparated with the control group, the PirB levels in the experimental group increased significantly (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions :The PirB is concerned with the apoptosis process of the neuron in ICH tissue ,which maybe be related to the nerve regeneration and inhibition of functional recovery.
