糖尿病肾病大鼠肾组织中神经胶质瘤相关蛋白-2表达及意义的观察

The expression of glioma pathogenesis related protein-2 in renal tissue of rats with diabetic nephropathy

摘要 目的观察神经胶质瘤相关蛋白-2(GLIPR-2)在DN大鼠肾组织中的表达及意义。方法将Wistar大鼠30只分为正常对照(NC)组和DN组。造模成功16周末检测两组血肌酐(Scr)、24hUAlb水平。HE染色观察肾组织病理变化。采用免疫组织化学方法检测肾间质小管GLIPR-2表达水平。结果 DN组Scr、24hUAlb较NC组升高[(37.05±1.41)vs(1.22±0.83)μmol/L;(13.31±0.67)vs(3.10±0.49)mg/24h,P<0.05]。GLIPR-2主要表达在DN组肾间质小管上皮细胞中,GLIPR-2蛋白表达水平与Scr、24hUAlb呈正相关(r=0.905、0.913,P<0.05)。结论 DN大鼠肾间质小管GLIPR-2蛋白表达水平升高,与Scr、24hUAlb呈正相关。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of glioma pathogenesis related protein-2(GLIPR-2)in the renal tissue of rats with DN.Methods 30 wistar rats were divided into normal control(NC)group and DN group,in which diabetes was induced by STZ.At the end of 16 th week,serum creatinine(Scr),24 hUAlb were measured.The renal pathological changes were detected under light microscope.The expression levels of GLIPR-2 in renal interstitial were assessed by immunohistochemistry.Results Scr and 24 hUAlb were significantly higher in DN group than in NC group[(37.05±1.41)vs(1.22±0.83)μmol/L;(13.31±0.67)vs(3.10±0.49)mg/24 h,P〈0.05].GLIPR-2is mainly expressed in the epithelial cells of renal tubule.The expression levels of the GLIPR-2were significantly higher in DN group and were positively associated with the levels of Scr and 24hUAlb(r=0.905,0.913,P〈0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of GLIPR-2increased in DN rats accompanied by higher levels of Scr and 24 hUAlb.
