外源性胰岛素致自身免疫性低血糖一例报告 被引量：3

One case of extraneous source insulin due to autoimmune hypoglycemia

摘要 报告一例使用人胰岛素后出现自身免疫性低血糖患者,测定IAA(+),停胰岛素改为阿卡波糖口服后,低血糖发作减轻。 Reported one case of using human insulin due to autoimmune hypoglycemia patients,determination of insulin autoantibody positive,stoped insulin and changed to acarbose,hypoglycemia reduced.
