摘要
建立了测定化妆品中二羟基丙酮的高效液相色谱检测方法。采用资生堂PC HILIC色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相V(乙腈)∶V(5 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液)=92∶8,流速1.0 m L/min,检测波长272 nm,乙腈(体积分数为80%)为溶剂,超声提取样品。结果表明,在此条件下,二羟基丙酮在0.1~1.0 g/L内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),回收率为92.7%~99.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.55%~1.96%。该方法快捷、简便、准确,可用于测定化妆品中的二羟基丙酮。
A method for determination the content of dihydroxyacetone in cosmetics was established. A Shiseido PC HILIC column (4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 i.μm) was used with detection wavelength 272 nm. The mobile phase is composed of V(acetonitrile) : V(5 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution) = 92: 8, at a flow rate 1.0 mL/min. Samples were extracted under assistance of ultrasonic wave with 80% acetonitrile as the solvent. Results showed that when the mass concentration of dihydroxyacetone is in the range of 0. 1 - 1.0 g/L, the relationship between mass concentration and the corresponding peak area shows good linearity (r = 0. 999 8). The recovery is 92.7% ~99.9% ,and RSD lies within 0.55% - 1.96%. The method is simple and accurate.
