有计划的岗位培训(S-OJT)在妇、产、儿科健康宣教程序化管理的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨有计划的岗位培训(S-OJT)在在妇、产、儿科健康宣教程序化管理的应用效果。方法将该院儿科一病区、产科一病区、妇科一病区共计55名医务人员及12月出院501病人作为研究对象,设为实验组,运用S-OJT进行培训。将该院儿科二病区、产科二病区、妇科二病区共计55名医务人员设为对照组及12月出院病人493作为对照组,医务人员按照常规培训。比较两组医务人员健康宣教的效果。结果两组在健康宣教效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且实验组优于对照组。结论医务人员培训(S-OJT)在在妇、产、儿科健康宣教程序化管理对提高健康宣教有意义,医务人员认可度及患者满意度都有提升,值得推广。 Objective On job training in planned (S - OJT) in pediatric health education in women, production, application effect of the procedural management.Methods Our pediatric ward, a maternity ward, a total of 55 a ward of department of gynaecology medical staff and 501 patients as the research object, the discharge in December as the experimental group. Ourpediatric wards, delivery room, gynecological ward 2 a total of 55 employees is set to the control group, in December 493 discharged patients as control group.Medical personnel according to the regular training, The experimental group using S - OJT training,Compare two groups of medical personnel health education effect.Results Effect of health education difference between two groups was statistically significant (P〈 0.05), and the experimental group is better than the control group.Conclusion Medical personnel training (S - OJT) in pediatric health education programmed in women, production, management to improve the health education sense, Medical staff recognition and patient satisfaction has promoted, is worth promoting.
