摘要
目的探讨有计划的岗位培训(S-OJT)在在妇、产、儿科健康宣教程序化管理的应用效果。方法将该院儿科一病区、产科一病区、妇科一病区共计55名医务人员及12月出院501病人作为研究对象,设为实验组,运用S-OJT进行培训。将该院儿科二病区、产科二病区、妇科二病区共计55名医务人员设为对照组及12月出院病人493作为对照组,医务人员按照常规培训。比较两组医务人员健康宣教的效果。结果两组在健康宣教效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且实验组优于对照组。结论医务人员培训(S-OJT)在在妇、产、儿科健康宣教程序化管理对提高健康宣教有意义,医务人员认可度及患者满意度都有提升,值得推广。
Objective On job training in planned (S - OJT) in pediatric health education in women, production, application effect of the procedural management.Methods Our pediatric ward, a maternity ward, a total of 55 a ward of department of gynaecology medical staff and 501 patients as the research object, the discharge in December as the experimental group.
