目的确保骨科手术间的洁净程度。方法采用四位一体的综合管理方法规范骨科手术间的洁净管理过程,建立骨科手术间的洁净度管理系统。结果施行综合管理的骨科手术间的洁净度与空气细菌浓度均保持相对恒定状态。结论建立四位一体的标准化综合管理系统是骨科手术间洁净程度控制的保障,是解决骨科手术间洁净程度问题的核心。

Objective To ensure that the clean degree of orthopedic operating room.Methods Use the method of four-in-one integrated management to stipulate the administrative procedures of orthopedic operating room cleaning.Results The degree and bacterial content of orthopedic operating room which implemented the integrated management were remained relatively constant state. Conclusion It is the guarantee of controlling the clean degree of orthopedic operating room and the core issues of solving the problem of it that implement four-in-one integrated management system.
