摘要
目的探讨整体护理管理模式对抑郁症患者的护理效果。方法选抑郁症患者90例,随机分为观察组、对照组各45例,对照组:常规护理;观察组:整体护理管理模式。对比相关指标。结果观察组的有效率、护理后的SDS、HAMD优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症患者护理中使用整体护理管理模式方法,改善了患者抑郁状态,效果显著。
Objective To investigate the overall care management model of care for patients with depression effect.Methods selected 90 patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups,a control group of 45 patients in the control group： routine care, observation group： overall care. Contrast-related indicators.Results The results of the observation group efficiency, SDS after care, HAMD than the control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion depression patient care using holistic nursing approach improves depression patients, the effect is significant.
