摘要
目的研析健康宣教应用于慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果。方法将132例慢性心力衰竭患者分为干预组和对照组各66例,对照组患者给予常规护理,干预组患者采用常规护理+健康宣教模式,比较临床效果。结果干预组护理满意度89.4%,优于对照组的65.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论健康宣教可显著慢性心力衰竭患者护理质量。
Objective Research and Analysis on clinical effect of health education applied to patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 132 patients with chronic heart failure were divided into intervention group and control group with 66 cases in each group, the control group patients were given routine nursing, the intervention group was treated with conventional care ＋ health education model, clinical effect comparison.Results Intervention group, nursing satisfaction 89.4%, better than the control group of 65.2%, with significant difference （P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion Health education can significantly in patients with chronic heart failure quality of nursing.
