品管圈在护理质量管理工作中的应用

目的临床分析品管圈在护理管理工作中的指控和应用效果。方法临床选取该院在2013年12月—2014年12月实施治疗的100例新生儿,将其分成对照组和观察组,两组患儿分别实施常规护理和品管圈。结果对照组患儿的红臀发生率为12.0%,观察组患儿的红臀发生率为2.0%,两组差异对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患儿的临床护理满意度为90.0%,观察组患儿则为96.0%,两者对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动在新生儿临床护理中的应用,能够对新生儿红臀发生率显著降低,同时提高患儿的临床护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective Ring in the nursing management in the work of charges and the application effect of clinical quality control analysis.Method Clinical methods in our hospital 100 cases of neonatal treatment implementation in 2013 December -2014 year in December, it will be divided into the observation group and the control group, two groups of patients were the routine nursing care and quality control circle.Results A control group of children with eczema occurrence rate is 12%, the effect of observation group with the incidence rate was 2%, the contrast between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05）; Controlled clinical nursing satisfaction group of children was 90%, the observation group with is 96%, both difference contrast significantly （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion QCC application in neonatal clinical care, can significantly reduce the incidence of neonatal diaper dermatitis, and improve the clinical nursing satisfaction of children, which is worthy of popularization and application.
