摘要
目的研究护理管理对精神分裂症患者服药依从性影响。方法选确诊为精神分裂症患者85例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组:药物治疗+常规护理,观察组:加施护理管理制度。观察一年,对比相关指标。结果观察组护理满意度、服药依从性优于对照组,P<0.05。结论实行护理管理可有效提高精神分裂患者的服药依从性及家属护理满意度高。
Objective To study the impact of nursing management of medication adherence in patients with schizophrenia.Methods 85 patients diagnosed with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups and the control group, the control group： drug therapy plus routine care, observation group：Gasch care management system. Observation of the year, compared to the relevant indicators. ResultsThe nursing satisfaction, medication adherence than the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion The implementation of nursing management can effectively improve medication compliance and family satisfaction with care in patients with schizophrenia.
