摘要
目的对科学管理在部队医院护理中的应用创新进行研究,分析总结应用创新的意义与价值。方法通过强化为兵服务理念、改良护理管理方法、调整人才培养策略、提高护理安全管理等措施对现阶段部队医院护理中的科学管理工作进行创新,对比创新管理模式实施前后,患者护理满意度、全院护理质量达标率、健康教育覆盖率情况。结果创新管理模式实施后,部队医院护理服务满意度、全院护理质量达标率、健康教育覆盖率较从前有明显提升,前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论部队医院护理中科学管理的应用创新,有利于改善医院整体护理水平,具备推广应用的意义与价值。
Objective To study the application of innovation and scientific management in the military hospital care, analysis the meaning and value of this paper summarizes the application of innovation.Methods Select 160 cases of patients were nursing satisfaction, nursing quality and health education satisfaction questionnaire.Results The army hospital, nursing quality standard rate of hospital health education coverage has improved significantly than before, there were statistically significant differences before and after contrast （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The application of innovation and scientific management of nursing in army hospitals, is conducive to the improvement of whole nursing level hospital, has the significance and value of popularization and application.
